I started my career in the Drinks Industry in 2009, in London. Captured by the many similarities between Cocktails and Perfumes, I started studying Natural Perfumery Art in 2017, which is currently ongoing.

In 2018 I co-wrote Make Something Bloody Marvellous – a book on foraged gin cocktails, shortly before becoming the Brand Ambassador for the full portfolio of whisky producer, Greenwood Distillers.
I now collaborate with London’s bars and restaurant to create conceptual cocktail menus and training sessions on Bartending and the Art of Flavour.
